EAWOP 2022 Congress

The Congress theme is: Interventions at Work – Integrating Science and Practice.

While the theme was agreed before the pandemic, it seems particularly appropriate when we have all been have been thinking about the countless changes to our lives and workplaces it has brought.  We were able to showcase some of the work so many of our colleagues have undertaken to understand how to work effectively in the new reality at our virtual event in May 2021.

EAWOP Virtual one-day Conference

The pandemic has touched almost every aspect of our lives and brought about profound changes in the way we work. But to what extent has the virus strained working life? Or has the viral pandemic forced workplaces to change for the better?
